Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Camilsons Group in Benaulim. This is a full-time, hybrid role suited to a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The primary responsibility is to drive business growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities within our diverse operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth within a hospitality context.
- Relationship Building (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with varying stakeholders.
- Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear interaction with clients and team members.
- Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with the ability to persuade and close deals while maintaining positive business rapport.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop long-term strategies aligning with Camilsons Group goals and ensuring business sustainability.
- Market Research: Strong proficiency in analyzing market trends to identify accurate insights and potential areas of business expansion.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop business proposals that address client needs and objectives.
