Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Camilsons Group in Benaulim. This is a full-time, hybrid role suited to a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The primary responsibility is to drive business growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities within our diverse operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth within a hospitality context.
  • Relationship Building (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with varying stakeholders.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear interaction with clients and team members.
  • Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with the ability to persuade and close deals while maintaining positive business rapport.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop long-term strategies aligning with Camilsons Group goals and ensuring business sustainability.
  • Market Research: Strong proficiency in analyzing market trends to identify accurate insights and potential areas of business expansion.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capable of synthesizing information, foreseeing risks, and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to implementation ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities by pitching our diverse offerings to a wide range of clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s financial goals and expand customer reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop business proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to ensure competitive advantage and proactive market positioning.
  • Lead negotiations for contract terms with clients ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and Camilsons Group standards.
  • Regularly assess team performance and provide ongoing mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management for informed decision-making.
