Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in South Goa. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market analysis to drive growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (Mandatory skill)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients (Mandatory skill)
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage client data and track business opportunities
  • Prior experience in business development or sales in the hospitality industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business development reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the business development objectives of Camilsons Group
