**Position:** Six Sigma Trainer

**Location:** Bangalore

**Experience:** 3-8 years

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and deliver Six Sigma training programs for various audiences

- Assess training needs and develop tailored content

- Facilitate workshops and practical sessions to enhance learning

- Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Six Sigma methodologies

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Six Sigma Trainer or similar role

- Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to engage and motivate learners

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus
