As a Shadow Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting our senior trainers in delivering high-quality training programs to our students. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the software sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level experience in the software sector (1-3 years)
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Tally software
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring
• Good-looking and presentable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior trainers in conducting training programs for students and professionals
• Provide support in delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
• Guide and mentor students to ensure they grasp the concepts effectively
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects
• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the training curriculum
