Job Overview

We are looking for a US Travel Sales Associate to join our team at CallsBridge Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Panipat, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales and have a strong understanding of the US market. As a US Travel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel products and services to customers in the US market.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the US travel market
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel products and services to customers in the US market
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate travel solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
