Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.

Sales and service

Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

Have EXCELLENT English communication skills (mandatory)

Should be able to speak English fluently

No Mother Tongue Influence while speaking English

Resides in Bangalore

Work from office (NO WFH/Remote)

Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts

Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift)

Can join immediately

Should hold all relevant documents.

Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)

Experience in BPO domain is preferred.

Both doses vaccinated with certificate
