We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Voice Process Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a knack for building strong customer relationships over the phone. As part of the voice process, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers and meeting sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients or answer inbound calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote company products or services.

Sales Conversion: Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into paying customers through persuasive communication, relationship building, and presenting tailored solutions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales retention and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of products or services to confidently address customer inquiries and objections.

Customer Education: Provide clear explanations of product features, benefits, and pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, queries, and sales to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, particularly in a voice-based sales process (B2B or B2C), preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive voice. Ability to handle objections and effectively present solutions.

Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Target-Oriented: Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to learn new sales techniques and product details quickly.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address customer concerns efficiently


Preferred Skills:


Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Previous experience in handling sales voice processes (inbound or outbound calls).

Multilingual skills (optional but desirable).
