Job Overview

Caliber Connect HR Services is looking for a Mid-Level Senior Surveyor with extensive expertise in land surveying. The position is full-time and located in Ankleshwar, Vadodara, and Bharuch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in land surveying, with a proven track record (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for accurate data collection and analysis
• Strong project management skills to oversee survey projects from inception to completion
• Expertise in data analysis to interpret and present surveying data effectively
• Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal communication with clients and team members
• Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of survey results
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and overcome challenges in the field
• Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations pertinent to land surveying activities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys for various projects including construction, mapping, and land development
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other surveying tools to gather and analyze data
• Prepare and present detailed reports and maps based on survey data
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry standards related to surveying
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of survey results through rigorous data verification
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to clarify project requirements and results
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies arising during the survey process in a timely manner
