Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of SAP Finance Control Consultant at Caliber Connect HR Services. This is a mid-level role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. As an SAP Finance Control Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the finance control systems and processes. The job is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is Full-Time. The salary range for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-AR and Accounts Payable (AP) modules
• Experience with SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA & IO)
• Hands-on experience in SAP Product Costing
• Experience with SAP P2P, O2C & R2R processes
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification in SAP FI/CO is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP FI and CO modules including AP, AR, CCA, PCA & IO
• Work closely with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Configure and test SAP FI/CO system enhancements and updates
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP finance control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP FI/CO with other business systems
• Participate in the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and assist in the development of custom programs and reports
• Conduct user training and provide support to end users
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP FI/CO and provide recommendations for process improvements
