As a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the residential real estate market. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in residential real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Present and promote residential properties to prospective buyers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the residential real estate industry
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and enhance knowledge
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management
