Job Overview


We are hiring for the role of Quality Assurance (CMMI) at Caliber Connect HR Services. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 5 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in a CMMI environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMI L5 framework and its implementation.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits, ISO & CMMI audits, and tracking non-conformances.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications in quality management and relevant tools are a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Plan, develop, and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and CMMI framework.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO and CMMI standards.
  • Prepare audit reports, including non-conformance findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and monitor non-conformances and ensure timely closure of internal audit findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in external audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards and processes for employees.
  • Maintain documentation related to quality processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging quality management practices.
