Position Summary: The CRM After Sales at Ambit Realtors and Developers will be responsible formaintaining strong relationships with customers after the sales process. This role will focus onensuring customer satisfaction, resolving post-sales issues, and facilitating smooth handovers. Theideal candidate should possess a solid background in real estate and have excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction andloyalty.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
2. Post-Sales Support:
Facilitate the handover process, ensuring all documentation and keys are provided in a timelymanner.
Coordinate with internal teams to address any post-sales issues or requests from customers.
3. Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve any concerns or complaints raised by customers in a timely and effectivemanner.
Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to customer issues.
4. Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in the sales and after-salesprocess.
Provide valuable insights to the sales and management teams for continuous enhancement ofcustomer experience.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Ensure all post-sales documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamlesscustomer experience.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide updates on handoversand completion dates.
7. Customer Engagement:
Plan and execute customer engagement activities such as post-sales events, surveys, andnewsletters.
Keep customers informed about project updates and upcoming developments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
