Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to generate business opportunities. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Hindi and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the internal team to meet client expectations
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
