Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Mumbai and surrounding areas including Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs that align with client requirements and adhere to industry standards. A strong foundation in architectural principles and software proficiency is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, demonstrating a strong academic background.
• Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback. (Mandatory skill)
• Exhibit high-level drawing skills, vital for producing detailed design plans and schematics.
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, essential for efficient project execution.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Revit software; while not essential, it is highly desirable for 3D rendering.
• Adhere to all industry standards in design, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
