Job Role for Academic Counselor

- Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.

- Cold calling the leads and database and converting to sales.

- Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate

- Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers.

- Maintaining Database and records of the candidates

- Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.

- Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.

- Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.

- Competency in sales - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results - Passionate about sales

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

What we are looking for

- 4-6 years’ experience in Tele-Sales function in fast-paced ed tech start-ups - Mastery in building, getting buy-in, and executing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-moving, technical environment.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.

- Adept at using data and analytics to track and measure results and inform decisionmaking and strategy direction - High on performance and ownership
