Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of the intelligence & protection services and constructions industries would be a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential growth areas
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its services
