We are seeking a Creative Lead who is passionate about leading a talented team of designers, driving innovation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies in 3D, AR/VR, and AI. The ideal candidate will take charge of end-to-end creative projects, collaborate with global clients, and push the boundaries of creative design by adopting the latest tools and platforms.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative work that aligns with our client’s vision and goals. The candidate will lead by example, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative, technology-driven creative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Creative Technology, or a related field.

12-15 years of experience in a creative lead role, managing multidisciplinary teams across various creative domains.

Proven experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent.

Expertise in creating AR/VR experiences using platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Adobe Aero.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and proficiency in Adobe CC scripting (JavaScript, Extend Script, AppleScript).

Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Midjourney, or other AI platforms for design.

Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for fostering growth and innovation within the team.

Ability to manage client relationships independently, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process for projects, including concept ideation, design development, and execution for a variety of clients.
• Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet both client and internal team expectations, on time and within budget.
• Oversee a team of designers, 3D artists, and developers, providing guidance and mentorship to drive creativity and innovation.
• Work independently with clients, presenting ideas, managing feedback, and leading discussions around creative strategy.
• Leverage Adobe CC scripting to produce assets at scale and bring in efficiencies through automation.
• Develop custom Adobe CC scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the creative process for efficiency.
• Participate in proposal building and actively identify opportunities to implement AI, 3D, AR/VR technologies into creative workflows, ensuring efficient, cutting-edge design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new tools and methodologies into the creative process.
• Lead the team in adopting AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities.
