We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with an MBA qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting company.

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights, conducting analyses, and collaborating with clients to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Conduct comprehensive analyses of client business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics.
3. Develop and present actionable recommendations and strategic plans to improve client business performance.
4. Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, working closely with client teams to ensure successful execution.
5. Provide expertise in customer experience (Cx) strategy, process optimization, and organizational improvement.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address business issues, ensuring alignment with client goals.
7. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements relevant to our clients' businesses.
8. Build a team of junior consultants to contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a consulting company.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
