Job Overview


BXI - Barter Exchange of India is seeking a motivated and talented Presales Executive to join our team. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and providing them with the necessary information and support to convert leads into sales. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar presales role
  • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule appointments
  • Strong cold calling and business-to-business (B2B) sales skills
  • Experience with C-suite selling and client servicing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with outbound sales and inbound marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and qualifying potential clients
  • Conduct research to gather prospect data and identify key decision-makers
  • Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients
