Qualifications and Skills

  • Client relations experience is critical for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in revenue generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in making cold calls to engage new clients and generate business leads.
  • Strong query resolution skills to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in new business development focusing on expanding the client base and membership sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of BXI's platform and services.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing sales.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential members through various sales techniques including cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell BXI's membership plans to businesses within the designated regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the value of BXI's Barter Market Place Platform.
