Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Sales Coordinator to join our team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. As a Logistic Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations and executing deals with our B2B clients. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Logistic Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
  • Experience in executing deals with B2B clients and managing client relationships
  • Proficient in using management information systems (MIS) and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client servicing
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and its role in supply chain management
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized logistic solutions
  • Execute deals with B2B clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual agreements
  • Maintain and update database of clients, deals, and logistics information
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance, key metrics, and cost analysis
  • Resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and efficient communication
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to optimize supply chain operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to logistics and supply chain management
