Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior NRI Savings Account Product professional to join our team. This role is based in Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time position. As a Senior NRI Savings Account Product, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our NRI savings account product, as well as driving business growth through product sales. The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, specifically in managing NRI savings account products.
- Proven track record of driving product sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of NRI banking and financial products.
- Experience in onboarding new channel partners and managing partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance our NRI savings account product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product sales and increase revenue.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the reach of our NRI savings account product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to drive product success.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Provide product training to sales teams and channel partners to ensure a deep understanding of the NRI savings account product.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including NRI customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Travel to meet with customers, channel partners, and attend industry events as required.
10+ years in field sales and partnerships preferably with 5+ years exposure in Banking / Financial services sector
Job responsibilities:
Market visits to scout and onboard new channel partners (independently identified + those made available from Bank’s database)
