Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Home Loan Sales executive to join our team at Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. This full-time position is based in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales with a focus on home loans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in field sales (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience in home loan sales, understanding loan processes, and customer requirements
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Good knowledge of loan against property (LAP) procedures and requirements
• Proficiency in hitting revenue and sales conversion targets
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and duties effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential home loan customers
• Conduct field visits to explain loan products and services to potential clients
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting required loan documentation
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track and report daily sales activities and performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth loan application process for clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to home loans
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in loan processing
