Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Female Team Leader to join our team at Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior associates and ensuring that they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound telesales or lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound telesales or lead generation
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Knowledge of pipeline integrity and lead tracking
- Familiarity with outbound tele calling and tele sales processes
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of junior associates
- Set clear performance targets and ensure they are met
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance
