Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Female Team Leader to join our team at Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior associates and ensuring that they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound telesales or lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound telesales or lead generation
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations
  • Experience in training and coaching team members
  • Knowledge of pipeline integrity and lead tracking
  • Familiarity with outbound tele calling and tele sales processes
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Lead and manage a team of junior associates

  • Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints
  • Generate leads and contribute to the outbound telesales process
  • Maintain pipeline integrity and ensure accurate tracking of leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive sales and meet team targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and maintain reports on team performance
