seamless and rewarding investment experience. We are looking for a data-driven and strategic
leader to join our Offers & Rewards team.
About the Role
In this exciting role as you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and engagement
through our offers and rewards program. You'll leverage your strong business acumen and
analytical expertise to design compelling programs, conduct A/B tests, and optimize performance,
all with the goal of making the preferred platform for investors in India.
Responsibilities
Experimentation & Optimization:
o Brainstorm and develop potential A/B testing experiments, including identifying
critical parameters, assigning weightages, and defining success metrics.
o Set up, initiate, and analyze A/B testing results to identify the most effective offers
and program features. This includes thoughtfully creating control and test
environments and ensuring a clear return on investment (ROI).
o Monitor Offer to Redemption (O2R) performance and conduct root cause analysis
(RCA) in case of unexpected spikes or dips in performance.
Program Design & Innovation:
o Collaborate with the compliance team to explore and develop new offer constructs
that attract and retain investors while adhering to regulations.
o Extend A/B testing and optimization strategies to 's subscription plans
and, if required, research & development (RnE) initiatives.
o Leverage & quot ;Rewards & quot; as a strategic incentive to continuously brainstorm and propose
business-oriented ideas for further boosting user activation and engagement.
In future: Help with the widgets personalization and urgency messaging across the app
Qualifications
Experience (4 to 8 years):
o Proven track record in a business ownership role, demonstrating a strong
understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
o Hands-on experience working with data and leading a team of analysts to extract
insights and inform decision-making.
o Proven ability to design, set up, and analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness
of marketing programs.
o Bonus: Prior experience in pricing, promotions, offers, and campaign development
is highly desirable.
Education: Graduation from a top-tier graduate school is preferred.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques,
particularly relevant to the Indian investor market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing
team.

Bonus Points:
Experience in the Indian financial services industry, particularly online broking or FinTech.
Knowledge of loyalty program platforms and technologies relevant to the Indian market.
Experience in building and managing strong relationships with external partners.
