Role: Marketing Manager - HOLIDAYS

Role Definition

The Marketing Manager is responsible for targeting the MSME audience for the B2C category and promoting the company’s services. This includes coordinating with Marketing Executives, following up on queries to convert them into leads, and assigning those leads to the sales or operations team. The role also demands expertise in team management, hiring, monitoring performance, and growing the team size.


Responsibility Deliverable

  1. Identify and categorize MSMEs based on specific filters and company-defined parameters.
  2. Target MSME Categories:
  • Client Visits for Lead Qualification: Conduct 10-15 client visits monthly, along with the Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive, to identify and qualify leads as warm or hot.
  • New Query Generation: Actively source and generate new queries while ensuring proper team arrangement for effective lead conversion.
  • Branch Target Achievement: Analyze branch targets and ensure query generation and fulfillment.
  • Follow-Up and Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing Executives to follow up on queries and ensure they are converted into actionable leads for the sales and operations teams.
  • Social Media Marketing: Fulfilling the digital marketing strategies along with organic marketing, see that team is upgrading their skills in promotion activities in various digital media platforms like WhatsApp, social media etc.
  • Team Management and Growth: Manage, train, and guide the marketing team effectively. Hire new Marketing Executives as needed and monitor their performance to foster team growth and success.


Tasks Measurement Metrics

  1. Daily tasks include to list out all the client/customers data to meet them next day.
  2. Must attend the MOM every day in the morning for 30 minutes and discuss the schedule & disperse for marketing also must train & guide marketing team.
  3. Must do productive calls 10-15 per day out of which 5 calls should be convertible to leads.
  4. Flow of filling up data and follow up’s as per company structure.
  5. Enter the day leads in the CRM and allocate the hot leads to the concerned team operations/sales accordingly.
  6. If you are from the same industry, should handle the marketing calls & sales conversions. If not from the same industry you should go along with sales manager & learn the sales skills & product knowledge to become Sales Manager.
  7. Should be active participation in Expo/campaigns/ activities at least 3 in a month conducted by the Marketing Executives. If no Marketing Executives should take the responsible of the activities and make fulfill of the task along with Asst. Marketing Manager.


  1. Daily 5-6 hot leads should be identify, if he/she able to generate 10-15 leads on daily basis. However, at least 5-10 leads should be created by his/her each team member.
  2. Must recruit the 04 Buzz Mitra’s, & follow up them and make sure that the business is generated. However, revenue sharing will serve as an incentive for the extra efforts of BuzzMitra's.
