Project Management Apprenticeship

As a Project Management Apprentice, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of project management. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of seasoned professionals. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to various project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, preparing you for a successful career in project management.

Job Title: Project Management Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding client needs and consulting clients with better ways of achieving results when it comes to developing any new feature or customizing an existing feature or module in their website/software.
• Converting client/business needs into functional and technical specifications so that  technical teams/developers can understand and execute.
• Conducting daily standups & timely follow-ups with team members and team leads.
• Ongoing follow-up with clients (seeking feedback or information).
• Regular reporting to clients (like bi-weekly or weekly updates, sometimes ad hoc updates.)
• Keep a record of tasks/projects and statuses in a manner that eases your life.
• Help team leads give the right priority to the right tasks.
• Ensuring projects timely deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate with a computer science background.
• Good in understanding how programming works, has hands-on experience with php, mysql, and front end technologies like html, css, with interest towards the business or management side.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.

Duration: 24 Months (including the first 6-month probationary period.)

Compensation:

Annual CTC of Rs 3.50LPA

It includes a 10% variable pay, all statutory payments, fixed annual pay, cost towards insurance, PF, PT, etc, as part of the CTC, where the pay for the first 6 months will be INR 15,000 per month (during the probationary period). CTC stands for Cost to Company.

Potential Career Path:

• Based on performance during 24 month’s apprenticeship, you will be converted as a permanent employee with revised pay.
