Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tele Caller to join our team at Business HR Solutions (Consultancy) Limited. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts by contacting potential clients and promoting our services. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Tamil and English
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone calls and emails to promote our services
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Provide information and answers to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet prospective clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
