Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Business HR Solutions (Consultancy) Limited. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who possesses excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, strong time management skills, and a passion for candidate screening and negotiation. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Active listening abilities to understand candidates' needs and requirements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in candidate screening and evaluation
- Negotiation skills to finalize job offers and employment terms
- Confidence and professionalism to interact with hiring managers and candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews using different screening techniques to assess candidates' suitability
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge and skills through tests and assignments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Facilitate the hiring process, including making job offers and negotiating employment terms
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and techniques
