The Restaurant manager is the profit centre head and responsible for smotth running of day to day store operations. Key results include managing sales and profitability, follow cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management and reviewing financial reports, through the following
· Ensure daily and the monthly sales targets are met
· Ensure profitability for the store is in line with the targets
· Reduce cost of sales by monitoring wastage and adherence to specified processes
· Reduce cost of sales by minimising utility costs
· Drive sales of high margin products in stores
· Drive and implement promotions and tie ups taken as part of Alternate Business Channels and Marketing promotions
· Drive average ticket size per customer and Ensure revenue reconciliation and high performance in FER for the store
