1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer

2. Hands on knowledge of LWC, APEX, Integrations, Omni Studio, Omni Scripts

3. Should be aware of best coding practices for LWC and Apex

4. Should be good in record triggered flows, screen flows, autolaunch flows.

5. Should have worked on atleast one Service Cloud project where service cloud features like omni channel, entitlements and milestones, escalation rules, knowledge management are implemented.

6. Previous experience from banking, insurance domain is must to have
