Mandatory: SAP ABAP, Workflow

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP ABAP Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.
• SAP Workflow Design and Architecture: Architect and implement SAP Workflow solutions, including standard and custom workflows, to streamline business processes and integrate with SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, SAP HR, and others.
• Solution Architecture: Define the overall technical architecture for SAP workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices, business needs, and IT strategies.
• Customization and Optimization: Customize SAP workflows for specific business requirements, optimizing performance and scalability of solutions across SAP systems.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between SAP workflows and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SRM) and third-party systems to create end-to-end solutions.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers and workflow consultants, providing guidance on technical challenges, solution design, and best practices.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for workflow-related issues in SAP, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ABAP programs, workflow processes, and system integrations. Ensure documentation meets organizational standards.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and validation of custom workflows, ensuring they meet business requirements and SAP standards. Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality and optimized code.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within SAP workflows, ABAP programs, and overall SAP technical architecture, recommending and implementing enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP ABAP: Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including custom reports, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, ALV, and data migration.
• SAP Workflow: At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Workflow solutions across various SAP modules (SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, SAP HR, etc.).
• Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing and architecting SAP solutions, specifically around workflow and ABAP customizations.
• Integration: Strong experience in integrating SAP workflows with other SAP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM) and external systems using IDOCs, RFC, Web Services, and APIs.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship and guidance on complex ABAP and workflow projects.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in optimizing ABAP programs and SAP workflows for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Business Process Understanding: Deep understanding of SAP business processes across various modules (SAP MM, SD, HR, etc.) and the ability to map them into SAP Workflow solutions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving SAP ABAP and workflow-related issues in a timely manner.

SAP S/4HANA: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and experience in working with the latest SAP versions and technologies is a plus.
