Minimum 5-8 year Experience in Following-Successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences-Deep knowledge of SAP MDG, S/4 and other relevant IT systems-Experience in the area of SAP material master data management, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4-Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specificationsExperience of managing change in organizations to ensure a smooth transitionExperience in working with cross-functional teams to understand and implement material master data requirements-Experience in defining and implementing processes to ensure data quality and integrity-Knowledge of data migration, conversion and integration-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders-Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions and bring about decisions considering the context
