Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and S4/HANA Implementations to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing complex SAP solutions for our clients. You will leverage SAP’s advanced cloud technologies, integration capabilities, and enterprise resource planning systems to deliver cutting-edge solutions, driving business transformation for our clients.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, architectural design skills, and hands-on experience with SAP technologies. You will lead solution design for end-to-end SAP implementations, guiding teams through integration strategies, system architecture, and SAP landscape transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Design:
• Lead the solution architecture for SAP BTP-based projects, including CPI, S4/HANA, and other cloud services. Create robust and scalable integration and architecture designs that meet the client’s functional and technical requirements. Define end-to-end solution strategies across the SAP landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• SAP BTP & Cloud Strategy:
• Architect cloud-based solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, API Management, and SAP Data Intelligence. Drive the adoption of BTP for seamless integration, data management, and custom app development.
• CPI Integration Strategy:
• Lead the integration design and implementation using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Design integration flows between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring high-performance, secure, and scalable integrations. Ensure alignment of integration patterns with best practices for cloud and hybrid environments.
• S4/HANA Implementation & Migration:
• Oversee S4/HANA implementation and migration projects. Lead the architecture, blueprinting, and solution design of S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR. Ensure smooth transition and data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Project Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead project teams, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders, through the complete project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other architects to understand business needs, define solutions, and manage expectations.
• Technology Evaluation & Best Practices:
• Evaluate emerging technologies in the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP AI/ML, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) and propose innovative solutions that can be integrated into the overall architecture. Provide guidance on best practices for designing scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
• Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
• Communicate architectural decisions and strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Produce comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and project roadmaps.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
• Ensure that the designed solutions are high-quality, scalable, and secure. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to the architecture, integration, and implementation phases of the project.
• Mentorship & Team Development:
• Mentor and guide junior architects, consultants, and team members in both technical and functional aspects. Share knowledge on SAP BTP, CPI, and S/4HANA best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Solution Architecture Expertise:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale SAP transformation projects, with deep expertise in SAP BTP, CPI, and S4/HANA. Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Agile, and other implementation methodologies.
• SAP BTP & Cloud Expertise:
• Hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Integration Suite, API Management, Extension Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud. Ability to design cloud-native solutions that optimize business processes.
• CPI (Cloud Platform Integration):
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Expertise in designing and implementing integration flows for cloud-based applications, including SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party system integrations.
• S4/HANA Implementation & Architecture:
• In-depth experience in designing S4/HANA solutions, from migration and implementation to post-deployment support. Strong expertise in key S4/HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Integration & Middleware:
• Expertise in SAP PI/PO, API Management, and other integration technologies (such as SAP Data Intelligence) for managing data exchange and integration across heterogeneous systems.
• Leadership & Client Interaction:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, manage client expectations, and lead teams through complex technical and functional implementations.
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on designing innovative, scalable, and secure solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve architectural, integration, and technical issues.
