Description JD:
Must Have experience: At least 1 full lifecycle SAP deployment lead and 8+ years of industry or
consulting experience. Deployment of the following products (Ariba Buying, SAP MM Procurement,
SAP SLM (Supplier Lifecycle Management), SAP Travel & Expense (incl. SaaS Concur).
Soft Skills Expected: Excellent Communications , Proactive responsible accountable and resilient.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in deploying and managing SAP Ariba and Concur solutions,
with at least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex deployment projects for SAP Ariba
(including Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier
Management) and Concur (Expense Management).
Strong experience in SAP integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP
S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ERP systems) and external applications.
Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of SAP Ariba modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Contract
Management, Supplier Performance) and SAP Concur (Expense Management).
Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, including middleware (e.g., SAP
PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration), and experience integrating Ariba and Concur
with SAP ERP, third-party systems, and financial applications.
Advanced knowledge of system configurations, workflows, and business processes
related to procurement, supplier management, and expense management.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is preferred.
Project Management & Leadership:
Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (Agile,
Waterfall, or Hybrid) and strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the delivery
of high-quality solutions within scope, on time, and on budget.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and
business challenges.
Business Acumen & Domain Expertise:
Procurement and Finance domain expertise, with a solid understanding of
procurement processes (e.g., sourcing, purchasing, supplier management) and
financial processes (e.g., expense management, financial reporting).
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
specifications and solution designs.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence
stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Experience in leading change management initiatives, user training, and user
adoption strategies.
Strong presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and
actionable reports.
Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
Certifications in SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, Project Management (PMP), or related
disciplines are highly preferred.
