Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loan IQ Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Loan IQ platform. This role involves understanding business requirements, creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and ensuring successful implementation and upgrades of the Loan IQ system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to the Loan IQ platform.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various functionalities within Loan IQ (e.g., loan booking, interest calculations, fee processing).
• Perform end-to-end testing of loan lifecycle processes, including origination, servicing, and closure.
• Validate customizations, integrations, and reporting features of Loan IQ.
• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing during system upgrades and patches.
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development and business teams.
• Ensure test environments are properly set up and configured for testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and operations teams, to resolve issues.
• Provide detailed test reports and communicate testing progress and results to management.
• Adhere to testing best practices and company compliance standards.
