JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ø Maintain and develop new features according to an agile methodology and schedule.

Ø Interpreting business requirements and translating them into working code according to an agreed “definition of done”

Ø Developing code alone or with other team members (i.e. pair programming)

Ø Ensuring code quality by respecting coding standards and taking a positive and proactive approach to refactoring and removal of technical debt

Ø Writing of unit and integration tests

Ø Walking QA staff through new features and fixing identified bugs following alpha and user acceptance testing

Ø Documenting key aspects of the system

Ø Maintenance and 3rd-level support including bug fixing and troubleshooting.

Ø Determining technical implementation and estimating new business requirements

Ø Good analytical ability, communication skills, ability to present themselves
