Position: Splunk Automation

Location: Pan India

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Building, troubleshooting and supporting Ansible pipelines/Gitlab Infrastructure as code

2. Support and maintain code/pipelines associated with Splunk Universal agent functionality for deployment, upgrade, stop/start/restart on 40,000 AIX, Linux and Windows machines

3. Collaborate with Splunk Architects/Engineers to implement source code control for Splunk Enterprise Configurations for a multi-clustered Linux environment, AWS and Azure environments

4. Collaborate with Splunk Architects/Engineers to implement infrastructure as code for Splunk Enterprise in a multi-clustered Linux environment that supports upgrading of Splunk Enterprise components in multi-clustered Linux, AWS and Azure environments

Mandatory Skills: 

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field

2. Applied experience building, troubleshooting and supporting Ansible pipelines/Gitlab Infrastructure and associated infrastructure as code in AIX, Linux and Windows environments

3. Python development experience

4. Database development and database query experience

5. 1 or more years of experience with infrastructure as code in AWS and/or Azure cloud hosted environments
