Job Description:

Position: SAP Data Migration

Experience: Minimum 10 Years of Total Experience (6+ Years in SAP Data Migration)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Locations: Pan India

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Migration Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies for SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data migration requirements.

1. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):

• Use SAP tools like BODS, LSMW, and other ETL solutions to extract, cleanse, and load data.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data migration tasks during the project lifecycle.

1. Data Validation and Quality Assurance:

• Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure the success of migration activities.
• Conduct mock migrations and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including data mapping, migration processes, and post-migration audit reports.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project leadership.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in the data migration process and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR) and their data structures.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, or Winshuttle.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAP HANA, and ABAP for data manipulation and validation.
