Key Responsibilities:

Must Have : BTP, CPI, S4/HANA Implementation

Experience: Minimum 8 10 years in SAP with at least 2 3 years of hands on experience in SAP BTP and S/4 HANA Implementation Industry: Pharma (Preferred)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Solution Architect with a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA implementation and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and deploying integrated business solutions on SAP BTP, with experience in cloud extensions, integration suite, analytics, and application development.

Knowledge of pharma industry specific business processes and compliance is a significant advantage. SAP certifications in BTP or S/4 HANA are considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design: o Lead solution architecture design, aligning SAP BTP offerings (Integration, Extension, Analytics, IoT) with business needs for SAP S/4 HANA projects.

 o Design cloud based extensions and customizations using SAP BTP for scalable, secure, and high performance solutions.

o Ensure seamless integration of SAP BTP services with SAP S/4 HANA modules and legacy systems.

S/4 HANA Implementation:

o Provide architectural guidance and leadership for the S/4 HANA implementation, focusing on innovation through SAP BTP.

o Design and implement cross functional solutions using SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Fiori apps, and SAP HANA Cloud services.

 Pharma Specific Solutions:

o Leverage experience in the pharma domain to ensure solutions meet regulatory, GxP, and compliance requirements.

o Customize SAP solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance workflows.  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

 o Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive project success.

o Liaise with other IT and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and technical dependencies.

Technical Leadership:

o Guide development teams on implementing solutions using SAP BTP tools and services.

o Define best practices for cloud architecture, security, data governance, and performance optimization.

o Oversee testing, validation, and go live support for BTP integrated solutions.  

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

 o Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, innovations in BTP, and emerging pharma industry trends.

o Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements for SAP landscapes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: o Minimum 8 10 years of experience in SAP technologies, including 2 3 years in SAP BTP and S/4 HANA implementation projects.

 o Prior experience in the pharma industry or regulated industries is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:

 o Strong expertise in SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite (Cloud Foundry), SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Fiori. o Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA architecture and implementations, including integrating with BTP for extensions and analytics. o Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP APIs, and development on SAP Business Application Studio.

Certifications:

o SAP certifications in SAP BTP, S/4 HANA, or related technologies are highly desirable.

Soft Skills: o Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver impactful solutions.

 o Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.

o Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in pharma domain, including knowledge of industry regulations (FDA, GxP)
