We are a high-growth, well-funded, young bug bounty and cybersecurity startup looking to expand our on-site Bengaluru security team. Roles And Responsibilities <ul><li> Leading a 5 person security team at BugBase,&nbsp;introducing new initiatives, be the technical POC for clients</li><li> Triaging submitted bug reports on our internal dashboard</li><li> Conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities </li><li> Working on internal security tooling (GoLang), Internal threat modelling and risk mitigation</li><li> Engaging with the ethical hacker community, and conveying feedback to the dev team</li></ul> Qualifications - We don't care for degrees :)<ul><li> Strong foundation in web security/ mobile security - OWASP Top 10</li><li> Atleast 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity/information technology services.</li><li> Prior bug bounty experience on HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Individual programs etc.</li><li> Ability to learn and unlearn fast.</li><li> Must-be able to write/develop in multiple languages.</li><li> Experience with HackTheBox, TryHackMe, Pentesterlab etc. (Live/old machines)</li><li> OSCP or otherwise is a must for this role. Other credentials like OSWE, eJPT, SANS or Portswigger go a long way in demonstrating your expertise.</li><li> English is the language of business - We require clear communication skills/ documentation skills from all our employees.</li></ul> We actively conduct team-building activities, self-learning activities and team dinners at our office to improve team bonding and make the BugBase team your second family.
