As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to join our organization. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
