Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Account Executive to join our team at Brainstorm Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Sr Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in account management. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the study abroad industry will be a plus
- Experience with CRM software is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team
- Attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
