Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Account Executive to join our team at Brainstorm Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Sr Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in account management. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of the study abroad industry will be a plus
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team
  • Attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
