Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide students in the study abroad process, including university selection, application, and admission requirements
• Provide comprehensive counseling and support to students and their families, addressing their concerns and answering their queries
• Assist students in understanding the various study options available, including program combinations and university choices
• Utilize AI-based tools to analyze and recommend suitable universities based on critical parameters
• Ensure accuracy and completion of student applications, including filling out necessary forms and documentation
• Keep up-to-date with university admission procedures, deadlines, and requirements
• Provide guidance on visa application procedures and assist students with the necessary documentation
• Collaborate with university representatives and attend seminars and fairs to stay informed about new programs and policies
• Maintain and update student records, including communication logs and progress reports
• Contribute to the growth of the counseling department by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions
