Roles:

● Manage customer inquiries and requests to convert them into potential clients.

● Utilise a proactive approach to ensure customer concerns and high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

● Compile sales reports through the collection and analysis of customer information post-payment.

Requirements:

● Possess exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

● Demonstrate a proven track record of customer success experience through phone, email, and chat communication.

● Excel at problem-solving and should have negotiation skills.

● Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

● Relevant Experience of 0.6-1 years.
