Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at Broomees India. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Understand customer requirements and convert that leads into sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing customers
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the management team
