Job Overview

We are seeking a Post Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at Broomees India, located in New Delhi. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients after the sales process
  • Address and resolve any post-sales issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with services
  • Provide clients with updates on new services or improvements to existing services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
