- Manage customer inquiries and requests with the objective of converting them into potential clients.

- Utilize a proactive approach to ensure the customer concerns and the attainment of high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Recommend potential services through the collection of customer information and analysis of customer needs

- Compile sales reports through the collection and analysis of customer information post payment.


Requirements-

- Possess exceptional in written and verbal communication skills.

- Should have a minimum of 1- 2 years of work experience in Sales.

- Should have managed - Calls and Chats.
