About the role

 - Manage customer inquiries and requests with the objective of converting them into potential clients

- Diligently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via chats and calls.

- Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Utilize a proactive approach to ensure the customer concerns and the attainment of - high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Recommend potential services through the collection of customer information and analysis of customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills

-  Willingness to work in a friendly, energetic and fast-paced environment

-  Must be proficient with Hindi, English & speaking another language will be an added advantage.

-  Preferred to have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in EdTech, Ecommerce, Consumer Tech, Hospitality, and related domains.

-  Should have managed - Emails/Calls/Chat/Social Media queries.

-  Ability to multitask, and must have excellent communication skills.
