Job Description:
· Should have good regular connections of US / Tier One/Prime Vendors who will be recruiters that the ideal candidate interacts with personally on a regular basis
· Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, thereby identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
· Proven successful Sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
· Extensive experience in using US Job-boards like Angel.co, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster, indeed, and social networks like LinkedIn, etc.
· Experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
· Knowledge in US Recruitment Cycle (Resume Preparation, BGC, Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc.)
· Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
· Experience working with H1B, OPT, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Must have good communication skills.
· We are extensively marketing our own H1-B, EAD, OPT/GC/H4 EAD, and CPT consultants who are on bench.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assessing and identifying qualified candidates from external positions.
Working with tier1 vendors like Sogeti USA, Tracer Technologies, Inc, Han IT Staffing, Modis, K-force, Judge Group, Cyber Search, NTT Data, Paragon Solutions, and Pinnacle1, Matrix Resource, Expires, Randstad, Robert Half, K2 Partnering Solutions, Software Guidance, CDI Corporation, TRS Consulting, Clear Bridge Technology Group, Stefanini, PSI International Inc, Vitaver & Associates, Open Systems, ACS Group, ACI Group, Alliance Sourcing Network Inc, XSell Resources, Brook source, IRIS Software, Inc, WinterWyman Contract Staffing, Connective Talent, Black Stone Technologies, etc.
· Extensively Marketed H1-B candidates who are on bench through personal network and by using job boards, etc.
· Sourcing the Jobs through different Portals and having excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn and Other Innovative Ideas).
· Knowledge of the US job market, W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, hourly, Full-time, H-1B, salaried, US based Calling on candidates and vendors, presenting consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts Onsite Consultant etc.
· Responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruiting process-recruiting and sourcing for IT technology professionals by way of internet, cold calling, networking events.
· Involved in the end-to-end process of Marketing OPT, H1B, GC candidates.
· Source, Screen and identify the right candidate for each profile.
· Coordinate interview schedule like making travel arrangements and fixing the available time and date of the applicant.
· Searching for requirements through Dice, Corp to Corp, monster, Carrier Builder, Bench Folks, Hot Jobs LinkedIn etc.
· Floating the Hot List to the recruiters which I am maintain the Distribution List.
· Coordinating with the vendor, till the consultant joins the project.
· Developing new Vendors.
· Daily taking feedback with consultants.
· Discussing the bill rates on corp. 2 corp.
· Negotiate hourly rates/salaries with vendors.
· A total team player.
